The Whitening for Life Program Enrollment (a $99 value) is FREE for anyone having a ‘Zoom’ treatment! Further, if you commit to this before the 31st January 2010 then get $50.00 of the regular fee of $450.00

Take Home System with Whitening for Life: Using customized whitening trays, you can do your own whitening in the comfort and convenience of your own home!

Whitening for Life™ Program: When you enroll in this program, you will receive customized bleaching trays and bleaching gel. Then, when you return for your recommended preventive visit (at least every six months), you will receive a complimentary touch up kit of bleaching gel absolutely FREE! This amazing offer will help you achieve and maintain a beautiful smile! Whitening for Life is available for a one-time enrollment fee of just $99.

All we ask in return is:

• You keep your six month preventive visits current. Your long term dental health is as important to us as it is to you. Our patients have found that these 6 month visits help to greatly reduce emergencies.
• Provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule an appointment. In order to provide exceptional services like “Whitening for Life” to all our patients, we ask that you give us the courtesy of advanced notice for schedule changes.
